Air-conditioned gîte: a swimming pool just for you, superb view of the Cévennes

The Mas is located in the countryside. The view is beautiful and unobstructed all around, the first neighbor being more than 500 meters away.

The Pont du Gard is only 15 minutes away. Nearby, the charming town of Uzès offers numerous restaurants. The nearby Gardon gorges are ideal for hiking, canoeing under the Pont du Gard or rock-climbing on the cliffs. Less than an hour's drive away, you can enjoy the Camargue countryside, the Mediterranean beaches, the Roman monuments of Nîmes or the Palais des Papes in Avignon.

Each of the two gîtes has its own fenced-in swimming pool and benefits from a different orientation. Entrances are completely separate. There are no opposite views, and privacy and calm are preserved.

Gîte “les lavandes” with private pool:

With its flat-bottomed swimming pool (7x3.50x1.40), the gîte is ideal for relaxing and playing in the water. The unobstructed view of Mont Bouquet and the Cévennes gives you the impression of being alone in the world.

Inside, the gîte comprises a bright living/dining/kitchen area, two tastefully decorated bedrooms and a shower room/wc.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a landscaped garden dominated by lavender. You can relax on the sunbeds, sunbathing or reading in the shade. A pool bed is also available.

Outside the fenced-in pool area, you can choose between the second shelter with its garden furniture or the shaded terrace in front of the gîte. Ideal for enjoying the sun and a region rich in heritage and natural beauty.

Finally, the Mediterranean Sea, the beautiful mountains of the Cévennes, the cities of Nîmes and Avignon and the Camargue countryside are all less than an hour's drive from the property. A region rich in heritage and natural beauty.
