Private parking is next to house. For rent is second floor and because of the exclusivity of this apartment the rest of the house is not for rent.

Next to the house is a beautiful track (road) where in silence you can walk, run or ride a bike along the coast.

Due to the specific terrain in this bay, micro climate is very comfortable and the air is perfect.
Almost every day around noon starts breeze bringing refreshment from the sea, carrying with it the negative ions and sea minerals, and overnight returns through the forest to the sea, carrying fresh oxygen from Mediterranean plants and maintaining the ideal temperature.
And what is even more interesting we are only 10 minutes away from the big supermarket with car.
The interior of the apartment has been designed without strong and intensive tones in order to not disturb the natural harmony of blue sea and green forest that dominates outside, and because of the large panoramic windows, also dominates in the interior.
Also this is one of the safest places on earth,
(no dangerous wild animals, no poison snakes, and no criminal, people here are usually not locking the car).
Who likes to observe the sky will be happy with extraordinary visibility of stars and the Milky Way, because this is officially
confirmed darkest position in Europe.
The place is ideal for nature lovers. Mediterranean forest is all around and lot of birds singing every morning and evening.
In the area there are plenty of trails for walking, hiking and biking, one of the pats leading to the archaeological site Kopila which is about 1500 m from us. There is also a dock for boat available.
Apartment is built to the highest standards and provides a very pleasant stay.
It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed with the possibility of separation, the third room has two single beds.
Rooms are suitable for 6 person and if they want, two person can sleep on large extendable sofa with breathtaking view.
