· Three-bedroom apartment, accommodating up to 6 people*, ideal for families. Two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.

The access to the apartment is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Interior doors 90 cm.

You cannot miss in summer, one of the most anticipated events on the Costa Brava, which is the International Fireworks Competition in Blanes lasting 5 nights.
Every year, thousands of people gather on the beach to enjoy this magnificent spectacle.

- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.
Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Late arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out of hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.

It was a lovely stay. We were delighted to eat breakfasts with the view on the sea and the harbour. The apartment is very cozy, greatly located and equipped and all the coordination of our stay has been really professional. The hosts are very hospitable and answer questions quickly. It was worth every penny!

grand ( 120 m2) avec 2 salles de bain
la terrasse est très agréable
machine à laver/ seche linge/ lave vaisselle : hyper pratique
plage à 5 min à pieds
les restaurant sur le ramblais sont tous très bons et propres
quartier calme et vue sur le port et la mer sont très très agréables
Le moins:
il manquerait juste une vraie cafetiere ( à filtre) car là il y a une cafetiere manuelle pour 1 ou 2 petites tasses max
Attention au parking public et bord de route : 5 h maximum , il faut aller payer fréquemment ( assez cher) , on ne pas depasser 24 h au même endroit sinon amende de 10€
le parcmètre peu pratique : Etapaes à faire: mettre d abord de l argent ou carte bancaire puis selectionner la duree

We hebben genoten van dit geweldige appartement op een super locatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Veel tijd doorgebracht op het grote balcon met uitzicht over de haven en boulevard. Zeker een aanrader. De ondersteuning van de verhuurder vivalidays was professioneel en erg prettig.

Très bonnes vacances à Blanes dans cet appartement avec une vue magnifique sur le Port de plaisance et la plage. Situation idéale en plein centre avec la plage, les restaurants et les commerces à proximité sans devoir prendre sa voiture. L’appartement est spacieux avec trois chambres au calme, une cuisine fonctionnelle et un séjour très agréable grâce aux belles baies vitrées. Nous conseillons ce bel appartement parfait pour une famille.

Très bonnes vacances à Blanes dans cet appartement avec une vue magnifique sur le Port de plaisance et la plage.
Situation idéale en plein centre avec la plage, les restaurants et les commerces à proximité sans devoir prendre sa voiture (possibilité de louer le parking couvert du propriétaire).
L’appartement est spacieux avec trois chambres au calme, une cuisine fonctionnelle et un séjour très agréable grâce aux belles baies vitrées.
Nous conseillons ce bel appartement parfait pour une famille.

This is a fantastic apartment in an ideal location. The apartment is modern, clean and stocked with all of the amenities that a guest would require. Although it does not have air-conditioning, this is not required as there is a natural breeze and the apartment is a perfect temperature. It is ideal for a family – with adequate space and bedrooms to make any stay comfortable. The many beaches, market, shops and town are all easily accessible – most with a short walk. The apartment is managed by a local property manager – Vivalidays – who I must commend on their professionalism and service that was provided. I would not hesitate to recommend staying in this apartment.
