Bedroom one is nestled in a sleeping nook just off the kitchen and beneath the lofted living area. A queen bed rests low to the floor, creating a cocoon-like space perfect for deep, restful sleep. While the ceilings are intentionally low and best suited for lounging rather than standing, a window across from the bed brings in natural light and offers peaceful outdoor views that keep the space feeling open and airy.

The second sleeping area is located above the bathroom and accessed by a ladder, adding to the adventure of tiny home living. This loft-style bedroom also features a queen bed placed on the floor, with slightly more room than the lower nook but still cozy in nature. A window fills the space with soft light, making mornings feel calm and unhurried—very much in the spirit of an island escape.

The bathroom is located on the opposite side of the kitchen and features a walk-in shower and updated fixtures, offering a clean and refreshing space to start or end your day.

Base price is for 2 guests, additional guests will incur additional guest fees
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions

No parties or day guests are allowed
No shooting of any kind is allowed on the property
No outdoor fires are allowed unless there is a designated fire pit and there is not a burn ban in effect.
2 Dogs maximum under 35 pounds each allowed for an additional fee of $25 per dog per night.
