"The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags. Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). Also, in another time, they were entering the apartment without letting me know first. There's still construction working on the building...

"The hosts were so kind and thoughtful and their cooking was AMAZING!! The view into the jungle is indescribable and the room was the perfect size."

"This property is extremely clean and pleasant. I felt it was an excellent choice for the price. The above ground pool off a nice deck is clean and refreshing. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and comfortable with comfortable mattresses. The rest of the house is not air conditioned but has numerous fans. We did not have a car and walked into town but the walk back is uphill and we often got a cab or scheduled a ride back especially in the dark. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Pine Tree Villa. The space was clean, comfortable and convenient. The home is a 30 minute walk from central San Ignacio, so the neighborhood is quiet but it's still easy to stop by town."

"Overall, the property was great. We did have the hot water heater go out, and there is an air conditioning in every room, but the property manager communicated great greatly and provided us a discount of 50 for the inconvenience of not having hot water for three of our four days there."

It’s not often you find someone who authentically cares what their guests think, how their stay was and the time they spent inside the facility. "Não é hotel para brasileiros. Sabe hotel precário de beira de estrada, então é pior um pouquinho. Instalações precárias, o teto é tipo de palha e cai uma sujeira em tudo (mala, roupas etc). Banheiro horroroso. Ficamos num dos bangalôs que tinha até um tamanho bom. Mas so isso de elogio. "
