The fully equipped kitchen makes dining easy, while the cozy living area is ideal for movie nights after a day of adventure.

Step outside to explore the lake with the canoe or bikes provided or simply relax and take in the scenery. In winter you're just minutes from the slopes Jack Frost Big Boulder and about 20 minutes from Camelback Resort.

The Space
In addition to four beds + sofa bed we provide an air mattress, baby bassinet, Pack ’n Play, and highchairs for little ones.

Inside, you’ll love the open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and bamboo wood flooring throughout. Large windows and a sliding glass door gorgeous lake view. The cozy living room invites you to curl up by the fireplace with comfy couches and blankets, while the game room offers hours of entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and all the dishes, utensils, and cookware you need. Outside the kitchen, you’ll find a deck with a gas grill (propane included) and outdoor furniture, perfect for dining.

Outdoor Fun

The lake is less than 100 feet from the yard. Guests can enjoy fishing, canoeing, or rowing on the Jon boat and canoe provided at the community racks April 1 to October 31 (life jackets included). Our community also offers a sandy swimming beach, basketball, volleyball, tennis/pickleball courts, and a children’s playground.

Fenced Yard & Pet-Friendly

Our home features a large open yard plus a separate, securely gated fenced-in backyard — ideal for dogs to safely roam, play, and relax. We welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 2/50 lbs. each).

Pet Rules & Fees:
   •   Pet fee: $100 per dog (may be requested separately if not added at booking)
   •   Dogs must be crated if left alone and are not allowed on furniture or beds
   •   Please cover couches with blankets (provided)
   •   Pets cannot be washed in showers, and guest bedding may not be used for pets
   •   Guests must promptly clean up after their pets
. This home is located in the private community. Once your reservation is confirmed, please provide the following: your address, name, phone number, email, and vehicle information (make, model, color, state, and license plate #).

Upon arrival, vehicle tags will be placed in the mailbox to the left of the garage door. Please ensure that all vehicles display the tags when using community amenities.

Seasonal Note: The waterfall runs from May1 through October 15, adding a beautiful and relaxing touch to your lakefront stay.

There are wristbands provided for lake access, beach, fishing, and recreational courts. Each missing wristband will incur a $25 fee.

No fireworks are allowed. If any community rules are broken resulting in fines, guests will be responsible for paying the fines.

Noise: No extremely loud music outside at any time.

Grocery Stores: Ahart's Market in Blakeslee (open till 8 PM) and ShopRite in Brodheadsville (open till 10 PM).
Starter Necessities Provided:
Paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, dish soap, sponge, bedding, toilet paper, hand towels & bath towels.

To make our home feel like yours, we recommended to bring slides/slippers to keep your feet warm and comfortable especially in the winter with the hard wood floors.

The property is monitored via an outdoor security cameras located only at the entrance to the house & parking area. Tempering with the WI-FI or the camera system will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
THE PRIMARY BOOKING GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD
Upon arrival, you will receive the code to the lockbox containing the key. This key opens the garage entrance for easy unloading and loading. The main entrance is located on the side of the house, and the key to it will be on a hook by the door.
We are located in the mountains; there might be occasional fire ban/burn ban in effect to protect public safety and the environment. These are very rare but completely out of our o control and
As such, no refunds will be issued if it is in effect.
Occasionally due to the weather and or other unforeseen circumstances there might be loss of power and /or internet. As these are completely out of our control, no refunds will be issued.
