Briar Crest Woods – Community Information & Rules

Welcome to our home in Briar Crest Woods, one of the Poconos’ most desirable communities, offering fantastic amenities for guests to enjoy. Please review the important rules and policies below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Community Policies
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
• Trash Disposal – There is no private trash pickup. All trash must be taken to the community compactor/dumpsters.
• Lake & Boating – Swimming and boating are only permitted in the designated beach area. The lakefront is for viewing only.
• Unavailable Amenities – The rowboat and treehouse are currently not available for guest use.
• Guest Registration – All guests are required to register with Briar Crest Woods. A registration form will be sent after your booking is confirmed.
• Amenity Passes – 10 free passes are included per stay. Additional passes are $5 each.
• Parking Passes – 4 free vehicle passes per stay. Additional passes are $10 each.

Important Disclaimers
• No Smoking – Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Violations may result in a $300 fine.
• Occupancy & Noise – Community occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Violations can result in fines of up to $10,000.
• Security & Identification – IDs and, when applicable, additional information will be requested after booking.
• No Fireworks
