• Indoor furniture to remain indoors. If you rearrange any furniture during your stay, please return it to its original location before checkout.

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are installed:

• Two driveway-facing exterior cameras
• Doorbell cameras at the front and rear entrances

No cameras are located inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

Exterior security cameras are in place for the safety of our guests and the property. Tampering with, covering, obstructing, or disconnecting any camera is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

Noise Monitoring
• A noise-level monitoring device is installed on the property to help ensure compliance with community quiet hours. The device measures decibel levels only and does not record or transmit conversations or audio.
