You have found paradise! This stunning, family friendly lakefront home has it all for your getaway. This updated home has 3 levels with 4 private bedrooms, a bunk bedroom and 4 bathrooms with plenty of room for the entire family. The open concept living room, kitchen and dining on the main level allow everyone to gather together. The well stocked kitchen incudes a Keurig coffee maker as well as an 8 cup coffee maker with filters provided. A large gas grill allows for outdoor cooking. A queen bedroom, bunk bedroom, and a full bath are on this level. Upstairs, you will find two king master suites. Downstairs, a private king bedroom, bathroom, hang out area, foosball and ping pong table provide fun memories. Enjoy the beautiful lake views from either of two back porches that span the entire width of the home. The large hot tub is waiting on the basement porch. For safety, security cameras are placed at the front and back doors. There are five televisions for entertainment. The beautiful lawn leads to the fire pit, 4 kayaks and a new aluminum dock. A JC tritoon boat is available for rental from mid April to mid October according to lake levels. This rental is through oasis boating. The rental is $100 per day of your stay with no charge for check in/check out day with a $500 security deposit. Boat rental is optional and not required for home rental. If you bring your own boat, the boat launch is only one half mile away. This deep water cove on Lake Nottely in Blairsville is quiet and convenient to Blairsville, Blue Ridge , Hiawassee or Murphy, NC. Harrah’s Casino in Murphy, NC is only 17 miles away. We had an amazing time at Lake Nottely and at this property. The private cove, kayaks, and convenient on-site boat rental enabled many hours in the water, when we weren't enjoying views of the deer or enjoying the hot tub. The house was extremely comfortable for our group of 12, and the kids enjoyed hours playing ping pong and games. We definitely are interested in coming back!!

Perfect for our family to gather . We bring our boat from Florida and son and his family come from Kentucky. We enjoy the lake with skiing and tube riding. The private dock is close to boat ramp. The house is comfortable with ping pong, kayaks, and kitchen well furnished. The family also enjoys whitewater rafting close by.

What a perfect getaway! We stayed here with multiple families and the layout is very well designed to provide privacy while still keeping very comfortable gathering areas for socializing. The kids loved the gaming area downstairs. The adults loved the well appointed kitchen/grill with a view. We enjoyed the short drive to the town of Blue Ridge and to Blairsville for some good eats & shopping. The star of the show was definitely the lake! If you are looking for nature, adventure & great family bonding, look no further!

Lovely Lake Nottely stay

Very roomy 3 story home. Eleven of us never felt crowed, game room that kept kids busy. The great advantage to this property is the very easy slope of the yard to the boat dock, no steps, making it easy with small children, coolers, floats, etc. You feel like you have your own private cove. Property is very well maintained, great air conditioning. Highly recommend this property. This was our second time staying here.

Family time

We had a fantastic time. The kids did a lot of fishing, rafting. Did some tubing also. Highly recommend renting the boat, such a great area! The house was perfect, very well stocked. The decor of the home was very nice. . . great details, really made it feel like a "home."

Could not ask for anything better! The house had everything we could have wanted or needed- they truly thought of everything! Location was great, area was private, yard and house was super clean! Host was awesome! Could not have been better!

Perfect place on Nottely!

We were so thrilled with our stay - it was ideal for us. We had 3 couples and three teens, with one adult who is bound to a wheelchair. The layout worked perfectly - we could easily access 2 of the three floors with the wheelchair (we brought a ramp to get into the main floor), parking was AMPLE for all of us, our minivan with a ramp and our boat trailer. The dock is clean and covered for the boat. The cove is quiet and peaceful, the yard is flatter than most. We took advantage of the grill, firepit, and ping pong table. So fun! Comfortable, clean ... a total winner - would like to come back.

A GEM!!

This home is such a perfect place. A lovely lakefront, mountainside estate, with all the views, fit-and-finish, toys, and more! It was our first visit to Nottely Lake, and we will definitely be back!

Great spacious cabin

The cabin is large with plenty of space for multiple families. The ping pong and foosball tables were a lot of fun. There was plenty of gathering space for the whole group. Everything was clean and functial.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had a great time at Lakeside Oasis! It was the perfect place for us to gather with our adult children for Thanksgiving! Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. The owners have provided everything you need! We fell in love with Lake Nottely and the little town of Blairsville.The kayaks and hot tub were a hit. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect

We travel frequently and stay at vacation rentals around the country. Normally we find each property has it's positives and negatives. I can honestly say that this property had ZERO negatives. It was one of the cleanest well equipt homes we have stayed in. We had a couple of minor things that came up (mostly operator error) and the host was super responsive. The layout and amenities were great for our family and grand children, I highly recommend this rental.

Great stay!

We stayed in this beautiful home. 9 adults. Plenty of space. Extremely clean and above expectations. Bedrooms were luxurious. Home was thoughtfully decorated and extremely comfortable. Anita (host) thought of everything! Kitchen extremely well stocked. Plenty of room to cook for a large group. Extra fridge downstairs was really useful. The grounds and of course the lake was great. Great location. Easy access to lots of activities, stores and boat ramp. Will definitely stay again. Anita was fantastic and made the planning and stay perfect. We had perfect weather and convinced she even did that! Highly recommend!

Spacious quality, family, fun time

We brought our boat. The boat ramp is close. We enjoyed water skiing swimming boarding, and we went to close by Whitewater Rafting in Ocoee.. The dock was nice and there was plenty parking. The house was very accommodating and comfortable.

Wow!!!

This property had everything that the picture showed and more! It was very well equipped, very well located, extremely comfortable for our family of 11 ranging in age from 15 to 82 and the DOC where we could rent a boat from the local marina fit perfectly. We had an awesome time in this gorgeous space and definitely want to return to this property again. The property managers were so responsive and welcoming and accommodating and, it is definitely a five star review!

Amazing stay at great cabin

Everything was just as in pictures. Beautiful cabin, lots of space for several family members. We’ve stayed in several vrbo properties in the past, this one is the most stocked, nicest place we’ve stayed in. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Manager/host very accommodating.

Fun Family Christmas gathering

This house was perfect for our 10 person extended family. There was plenty of room to cook and eat and the kitchen was fully stocked. The teens enjoyed playing ping pong and foose ball in the basement. We were able to watch Christmas movies, football, and a variety of TV programs on the many TV's throughout the house. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit outside was a nice gathering area. The house was clean and had plenty of towels for everyone. It was a wonderful stay. You can tell that the hosts have gone to great efforts to make this an enjoyable stay for their renters.

Anita's Lake House

It was a most relaxing and beautiful stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Anita made sure we were well taken care of. Our family enjoyed hiking and swimming/kayaking/fishing down at the lake, the nightly hot tubs visits, making s'mores down at the fire-pit, and many cool morning sipping coffee on the back porch. The perfect family vacation.
