Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia at a refreshing 2,000-foot elevation, the home offers a tranquil setting with outdoor fun, nearby attractions, and cozy indoor spaces.

Enjoy easy lake days with a covered dock perfect for boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or fishing. The home includes two paddleboards, three kayaks, a canoe, and a stairway on the dock for swimmers. Vests, paddles, fishing poles, and coolers are all provided. Boat and jet ski rentals are available at nearby marinas.

Spend your days exploring mountain biking trails, local waterfalls, and charming nearby towns like Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, Ellijay, and Helen. Then, return home to relax in the hot tub or read on the dock as the sun sets.

Inside, large picture windows flood the open-concept living space with light and showcase unbeatable lake views. Gather around the stone fireplace for a movie night, enjoy a board game, or cook together in the fully equipped galley kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, and a dining table for group meals. Additional amenities include a second fridge, commercial ice maker, high chair, Pack 'n Play, and a coffee/tea bar.

Outdoor dining is a breeze on the upper deck or covered patio, where kids can relax in lounge chairs or swing in the hammock. There are wine coolers in the kitchen, game room, and main suite for a perfectly chilled bottle any time.

Remote workers and students will appreciate fast WiFi, desks, and office chairs throughout the home. When it's time to unplug, head to the lower level for a game of poker, billiards, shuffleboard, ping-pong, Xbox, or cornhole. With five large TVs and multiple cozy lounging spots, there’s entertainment for everyone.

Dock details: Guests may use the 12-foot-long dock, which has all the necessary tie-downs. Swimming is allowed and kayaks, oars, and life vests are provided.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
