This cozy cabin is nestled in the heart of Graeagle. Located in the peaceful and walkable Subdivision One. Just a short stroll to the scenic Mill Pond, coffee, ice cream, grocery store, restaurant, bar, boutiques and downtown. Minutes from golf, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, fine dining and all that the Lost Sierra offers. Our spacious 2460 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath home features ample living space, a new deck and a tranquil setting.

This home sleeps 6 adults MAX- 8 people total.

Primary bedroom with Cal King bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a large walk in closet that features twin sized bunk beds for the kiddos, and access to the deck. (PLEASE follow the 60 lb MAX weight limit for each bunk bed- these are for children only.)

2 additional large spare bedrooms with queen beds.

Hallway bathroom has a large vanity and shower over tub.

Hallway boasts a cozy pine wrapped seating nook.

Two living areas, separated by a unique rock and stone fireplace. One equipped with a large sectional couch and TV with Roku. The other with a sofa and additional seating.

Custom built-in copper topped wet bar for cocktail hour with sink and ample seating. Bar seating for 4.

Large dining room with seating for at least six. Small children's table with two chairs.

Patio off the back of the home with BBQ and space for dining.

There will be beach towels provided to use for swimming. Please do not use our white bath towels as beach towels.

The entire home is yours to enjoy. The garage is a work in progress and is not available at this time. Guests will be given a four digit access code for the electronic keypad located in the breezeway between the home and the garage.
