"Rooms were not ready at midnight for an entire group of PSU football fans. They let USC team check out at 6pm (took the $$$ for that) and then did not turn the rooms around in time for its customers. I waited until 1am for my room. I gave feedback to the company and they said oops, sorry, we’ll train people. They offered nothing for our troubles. Imagine showing up at midnight after a full day and waiting an hour for your room you overpaid for to begin with."

"When I arrived, the office was closed and I was unable to check in. I had to find another hotel for the night. There was nobody at Expedia to assist me. I tried the virtual assistant messaging and it was just ended in an endless loop.
Overall a horrible experience."
