"Perfect location next to marina and the beach, beautiful panoramic view on Swansea and surrounding hills, very close to shops and restaurants, there is the bar on 28th floor with amazing view in all directions, apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, host is very friendly and told me what is worth to visit around, where I can find local shops and good restaurants. "Good property, but lacks sufficient bathroom facilities for larger groups
The property itself is nice, and we stayed for a single night with our kids. However, the biggest drawback was that there is only one bathroom. With 7 of us across 2 families, having just one bathroom caused significant delays and meant we were constantly queueing up. It worked fine for a quick stay, but extra bathroom facilities are definitely needed for group bookings."

"Good, but wasn’t made clear when we booked it that there were several other properties in the complex, had it have done we probably wouldn’t have booked this property , that said there was no such issue and was very quiet, but we did go to a similar setting several years ago and there were parties in a couple of them and turned into a nightmare."

"Lovely apartment with great views over the Marina and a short walk to the beach and coastal walk. Plenty of bars and good restaurants within 2 to 15 mins walk and lots to see. Only 20 mins walk into the town centre. Pescado restaurant below is fabulous.
The apartment has good sized rooms, a well equipped kitchen and internet connect TV.
There is free parking over the road arranged by the owner.
The block has an elevator though it is only 2 floors up if you want the exercise.
We may well...
