I am really sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. If you had informed us about the heating and wet clothes we would have sorted it for you. As for the room and the wind blowing through the window there is not a lot we can do about that, The windows are double glazed and we have heavy curtains but with us being on the sea front and Blackpool beibg know for being very window its to be expected when you book a sea veiw, You state also about having a family room with bunks in but you fail to mention you also had a double bed. Your review is a bit misleading. We put you in a family room becaus you requested a sea view but we had not got a sea veiw available at the time due to overbooking by site so we thought rather than dissapoint you and cancel your booking we would give you the next best thing that incedently costs £90 a night so you actually got it cheaper. Once again I apologise it didn't come up to your standards and if you had told me before I took the payment I would have given you a reduction. Regards Tina
