"Excellent setup, easy to enter, understand, room was very clean, modern, quiet, in the middle of town centre. Dog friendly. Everything was new to brand new, bed very comfortable, even biscuits which was better than a US named one on the front prom and a Windermere £85 p/n. An additional chair would be nice but bathroom was pleasure compared to US named near by. "Onsite parking is restricted by the number of spaces. They were all full when we arrived so some guests must have had more than 1 car. It would be helpful to allocate at least 1 space per apartment. Cars had parked right up to the access making it difficult to get to the front door. We parked up the road in a good, safe car park but it cost £11.50 for 24 hrs. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Nice, comfy beds and a good bathroom. The weather had changed and was much cooler...

"We had a wonderful stay at Windsor House Hotel! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the main attractions, promenade, and tram stops, which made it very convenient for our family. "Owner really helpful, car parking space very handy for location. We were offered the option of purchasing a full english breakfast which we took advantage of, the food was lovely and really good produce used. We stayed in the lumiere room which was a great price, slight damp smell when you walked in and some of the purple paint needed touching up. I would stay again but book a different room. "
