"The owner is great, and easy to understand and work with, he makes sure you like everything before you stay and genuinely, for the price you can’t beat it, it’s not a 5 star resort but it is clean and most importantly, no bugs at all!!! 10 outta 10 highly recommend!"

"As instalações do hotel são ótimas! Novo, bem decorado, atendimento nota 10 no front desk. Rhonda nos deu otimas dicas da pequena cidade, inclusive sobre os horários de funcionamento de algumas lojas que nos possibilitaram pega-las abertas. Os quartos sao amplos, banheiro tambem, excelentes amenidades.
Esperavamos um pouco mais do cafe da manha, mas nada que comprometa a estadia. Parabens equipe do Floyd Hotel!!!!"

"This is a gorgeous property right on the Blue Ridge Parkway, the owners were great and very friendly. The room was large and clean, my wife and I loved our time we spent here. We celebrated my wife’s birthday while there and Jenny helped with a cake and balloons in the room when we arrived. We will be going back soon."

"Upon arrival, the owner was standing at the main lobby desk, alongside another employee. He has zero customer service skills. Acknowledge every guest as they enter and show eye contact, add a smile! The property is very dated. My room stunk - a simple air freshener powder on the carpet before vacuuming could go a long ways. I had to crank the a/c in late October to help with the smell.
It’s an ideal location and the ladies at front desk were very kind.
Breakfast - forget about it. A one bed...
