"The Inn is a nice older property in a great location in Taos, but it is in need of TLC. Our room itself was fine, but top came off one small table and the shower was designed in such a way that we soaked the mat each time. More importantly, our reception at the hotel was lukewarm; my call to the front desk to request help with the TV went unanswered; and, on my subsequent trip to the front desk, I was told that they didn't know how to work the new TV system.
