"This property is unsafe, do not stay here. There was open ceiling with fiberglass insulation right over the bed! Bits of insulation fell off and were on the bed. There was also no window in the only bedroom. Unpleasant smell in the apartment. Only 2 towels provided when the listing said 4 even though they knew 4 guests were staying. "

When we arrived, we found the smoke alarms had been ripped from the ceiling and were sitting on top of the fridge, rendering them useless — a clear violation of fire safety laws. One of the living room chairs collapsed under my senior stepfather due to faulty assembly, causing him to fall. The owner then had someone quickly come in and replace the chair... with another broken chair! The coffee maker was full of...
