Full sized kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Washer and dryer are brand new. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Generous space, high ceilings. This apartment has everything you need to spend the night or the week relaxing or playing. Located on a wooded acre of land with a great fire pit and plenty of parking.
Special details make the difference. Brand new beds. 1000 ct sheets, down comforter, duvet, good pillows, fluffy towels... Wifi, Netflix, wireless speakers. Sweet little sitting porch overlooking wooded neighborhood. Very relaxing.
We are pet friendly. Please ask before you book, about particulars. Standard rate is 15.00 per day/per dog. While Home Away only has a tab for a one time fee, I have left this up for discussion depending on the size of your dog. An additional payment may be required, as the fee tab at Homeaway only offers a set tab. Therefore, if you stay for more than one night or have more than one dog, you can pay for the additional at check via PayPal or I can resend you a quote with the discussed amount on it. Black Mountain has terrific places to hike with your dog and there is a lovely dog park within a mile. Please make sure your four-legged are trained, adult, well behaved and not left alone within the premises uncrated, or for any length of time.
