The Space:

This home is designed for comfort and convenience, with sleeping arrangements to perfectly accommodate up to 12 guests.



Bedroom 1 (Master): A luxurious king-size bed and a cozy twin bed, with an en-suite bathroom for privacy.



Bedroom 2: Features two queen-size beds, perfect for a couple or a few guests.



Bedroom 3: Includes one queen-size bed and a twin bed.



Additional Sleeping: A queen-size air mattress is also available to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to sleep.



The home has a total of three bathrooms: two full bathrooms are conveniently located upstairs to serve the bedrooms, and a half bath is on the main floor, just off the kitchen.

Full Home Access: Enjoy private use of the entire home, including all bedrooms, outdoor spaces, and the two-car garage (space permitting).

Great for group stays where shared meals or special evenings can be easily arranged in the comfort of the home.

Laundry Facilities: A washer and dryer are available for your convenience in the laundry room.

Parking: Ample parking is available in the driveway. The garage may accommodate smaller vehicles.

Located 18 minutes from the historic and charming downtown of Black Hawk, this home is a stone's throw from a world of adventure.

Getting Around:

Please be aware that road conditions can be unpredictable, especially after snowfall. 4WD is crucial for the driveway in the unpredictable winter months. we have teams prepared to help!



Other Things to Note:

There's wildlife, friendly neighbors, and a great location! Keep your distance from any wildlife you may encounter. There is a fine for feeding wildlife in Colorado- admire from a distance!



** You'll need a 4x4 vehicle from October to April.

** To protect our guests and ourselves there is an outdoor motion sensor camera on or recording 24/7. No cameras inside the home for our guests' privacy.

** Please note: Potential for snow and a walk up is very possible. Being in the mountains, there's a possibility of severe weather and our snow plowing services might not be available.
