"What a treat this place was for a long weekend! The host was thoughtful with the extras from the garden, eggs from the coop, and an artistic welcome. Definitely a favorite stay for us!"

"Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! "

"The location was ideal! Close to everything we needed and wanted to do while in Thomas. We loved the layout of the tiny home- the shower was great!! We will return- hopefully during the fall."

"Wonderful place. The location is ideal. Walking distance to both the nice little town of Thomas one way down a river path and water falls the other direction. Easy drive to Blackwater Falls and everything else this hiker's paradise has to offer. Would definitely come back here again. "

"This was definitely an experience very relax and a comfortable atmosphere the kids loved the games and toys that were included. I absolutely enjoyed cooking in a spacious kitchen. I appreciated how Veronica wrote in detail In the welcome booklet what was around the town restaurants, waterfalls, outdoor activities. This was definitely a trip far from home but worth it. Thank you for opening your home for us to experience the beautiful nature of West Virginia."

"Overall impression of Voyager Rest is there's no other place like it! This was our 2nd stay. We originally came with only a few family members a couple yrs ago and knew we wanted to bring the rest of our family for a future visit. We finally made that happen! This unique location is still a family favorite! We've been visiting the area for over 30 yrs. Jim's place is full of so much charm & peace it feels like a home away from home. "This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here...

"My husband and I decided to do a last minute trip away for our 10th year anniversary and this house was ABSOLUTELY perfect. It was completely spotless and had everything you could need for a few nights away. Dallas was quick to reply with any questions we had and gave us some great recommendations for places near by to try. "We stayed 4 nights at Jim's wonderful property! It was secluded which we loved, we saw many many deer, a turkey and some Canadian Geese! The home is filled with so many historical items that were so interesting to see. "Bom para passar a noite. Bom custo/beneficio, mas precisa de um update urgente. As instalações já estão muito desgastadas. Problemas com a descarga do banheiro. Cheiro de umidade nos quartos. Café da manhã muito simples. Já fiquei nesse hotel outras vezes e acho que está decadente. "
