"One day before my family's planned arrival, I received a call from the operator's husband to say there was no hot water and he wanted to give me the opportunity to book an alternative stay. I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event. "From the moment we arrived until the second we left, we were in awe of just how beautiful Winnall Springs is. A place to breathe and experience such peace and tranquiity. The facilities within were outstanding. We had a great time exploring where all the doors led us to. My kids (2 teen boys and 9yr old daughter) loved the playroom, getting in was like being in Alice in Wonderland! Sitting in the hot tub in the evenings was delightful. We watched the wildlife and enjoyed the super warm weather....
