"It's a new hotel. Clean room. We got the handicap room, which wasn't a bad thing. It worked for use. Huge & wider room & bathroom. Nice big shower. Staff has called me the day before check in, which had me worried, but I called back & apparently I guess there was no problem. Check in was easy & fast. "When I arrived after midnight I found out the AC was out for the entire property, though it seemed to be working in the hallways. I was told my room would be refunded if I opted not to stay. I went up to the room, and after a small surprise that the door wasn't pulled shut I found the room temperature fine for the amount of time I would be there.
