If you want to enjoy a Bismarck Lark's baseball or Bobcats Hockey game, or attend an exciting concert, head downtown to the Bismarck Event Center. This residence is one of the closest to this area! When you have some free time, be sure to explore the Heritage Center, located near the state capitol grounds. Don't go home without taking a walk or bike ride down by the Missouri River. During summer months, the old fashioned paddle boat host dinner and site seeing tours. The Dakota Zoo is a also a family favorite. Another must see is our capitol building. There is a "monkey room" in which the walls are constructed of a type of wood where the likeness of various animal faces can be seen.
