"We enjoyed our stay at the Peartree. Nice property and very clean. Front desk staff were wonderful and helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, spacious and quite comfy. The property was clean and quiet, and the communication with the hosts was perfect: not too much, not too little. "We loved our stay here! It was very affordable and exactly what we needed for our weekend trip in Bath. It was very close to all the sites and pubs. The room fit the two of us well and it was very clean. There is no air conditioning but we opened the window and did just fine. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for an affordable option. "

"Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. "

"Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area!
