Romantic villa with private pool and magnificent ocean view

Villa Utsikten offers fantastic views of the Caribbean Sea in the middle of a tropical oasis. The villa has a private pool, a large living verande and is located in the gated Cas Abou Resort.
The resort is located a short distance from the famous Cas Abou beach and the various dive sites of Curaçao. You do need a car for your stay.
The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor as well as an apartment under the ground floor. A total of 6 sleeping places are available with 2 bathrooms. Upon entering the house you immediately have a view of the blue sea. Through the folding door in the living room you have direct access to the spacious living veranda, which is equipped with ceiling fans and has a separate sitting area and dining area.
The veranda is our outdoor living space – here you can relax with a good book, watch the flamingos fly by at sunrise, prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy the sunset. The dining area is also located on the porch and is close to the fully equipped kitchen.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, there is plenty of storage space and the windows are fitted with mosquito netting.

In addition to the view, the veranda also offers a a view of the tropical garden. Here you can admire various birds such as the chuchubi, trupial, hummingbird as well as the iguana’s.
In the garden you will find the swimming pool and sun terrace. You have access to a lounge set and sun loungers.
Villa Utsikten is more than just the view. It is an oasis of peace and an ideal base for a vacation on Curaçao.

Very close to the Villa there is a Diving Centre where the team organizes shore or boat diving and snorkeling tours once or twice a day. Several cute restaurants are present in West Punt area.

The price includes 5kwh electricity a person a night and 1 m3 water a person a week. If you go over you will pay the same as we pay to our utility company.
