Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

- IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR: The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and cannot be reached by car.
