The apartment features a double bedroom alongside a living area with a daybed and pull-out bed, and a sleeping alcove with bunk beds — ideal for families with younger children. A bathroom with both a bath and a shower, plus a separate toilet, keeps six guests comfortable through busy mornings. The equipped open-plan kitchenette includes a combined oven-microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher, and a TV is included alongside bed linen and towels. The private terrace or balcony, overlooking the pine-scented grounds, is the natural outdoor gathering point for the group. Free parking is available within the residence.

The unheated outdoor pool and children's paddling pool are open from May to September, with table tennis and a play area free for all guests. A bicycle storage facility is on-site, and golf and bike hire are available nearby as paid options.

The lake beaches are a short walk away for swimming, sailing, and watersports. Hiking and horse riding trail the surrounding forest, and Arcachon is 30km away. Bordeaux's wine country and historic UNESCO-listed centre make an excellent day out, around 80km from the residence.
