The location is ideal for a week or more of stay with family or friends, as you can easily cycle to Lake Biscarrosse for boating or paddleboarding, and access to cycle paths is practically immediate. You are also just 12km from Biscarrosse beach, perfect for surfing lessons or relaxing on the sand. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc., a living/dining room with a TV (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented). There are three bedrooms: two with double beds (140cm) and one with a queen-size bed (160cm) and storage. A bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a separate toilet provide added comfort. Outside, there is a large garden with patio furniture where you can enjoy sunny days and al fresco dining. Parking spaces are available in front of or within the property. A sunny holiday awaits!
