The ground floor features a spacious living and dining room furnished with a dining table and a flat-screen TV, with direct access to a partly roofed terrace. Also on the ground floor, the first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private exit to the garden. A kitchenette and a shower room with WC complete the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. The second bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third and fourth bedrooms each feature 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with one of these rooms offering direct access to the balcony. A full bathroom and a separate WC serve the upper floor.
