Excessive use of electrical appliances is not permitted. Water usage must remain in line with normal residential levels, avoiding unnecessarily long showers or running taps. Auburn Elite Relocations may review utility consumption during or after a stay, and additional charges may apply if usage exceeds normal levels by more than 20 percent or is clearly excessive.
