It is ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood whilst being in close proximity to West Bromwich, Wolverhampton and Central Birmingham. It is also only a short 10 minute walk from the nearest Metro station.
Linen and towels are provided and there is a fast Internet connection throughout.

As you step out of the porch and into the hallway, you'll be greeted by a stylishly decorated living room, complete with comfortable sofas, a 43" smart TV with Netflix, and plenty of natural light. Behind all this is a dining table and french doors leading onto the patio and garden area.

The Newly installed kitchen provides a great space for cooking , with modern appliances and all the utensils and cookware you'll need during your stay. There is also a washing machine for your laundry needs.

The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The first bedroom has a single bed, while the other two bedrooms have twin beds that can be pushed together to create a king-sized bed if needed.

Our home also features a modern bathroom, with a shower, bath, toilet, and sink. Towels and toiletries will be provided for your convenience.

For contractors, the house is located close to many of the current large infrastructure projects, local businesses and industrial areas, making it a convenient base for work. There is room for a vehicle on the driveway and there's also free parking on the street in front of the house.
