**Each bedroom has a dedicated closet space with hangers, shelves, and storage space for your convenience.

All bedrooms include a 55-inch Roku Smart TV with cable included. [You are free to log in to your own streaming accounts.] The Family Room has a 65-inch Roku Smart TV.


LIVING SPACES
PATIO
One of our favorite areas is the inviting patio located just off the kitchen on the main level which is fully furnished and the perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee, evening glass of wine, brunch mimosas, or all three. This area also has a propane grill for evening barbecues.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, seasonings, and cleaning supplies. We also provide a dedicated beverage area that boasts a Keurig and an assortment of coffees, teas, and all accouterments. There is also a spacious pantry with snacks and other kitchen needs. Upon arrival, you will find a snack basket on the kitchen counter. In addition to the spacious kitchen, there is a four-top dining space just off the kitchen and living areas.

LIVING ROOM
The comfortable living room is definitely the center of fun on the main level. In this cozy space, you will find a 65-inch television with access to cable and all streaming networks. The hallway closet is filled with all of the best board games for a relaxing and fun game night.

BATHROOMS
Each bathroom has a full vanity with storage included and a shower or shower/tub combo. They each also include Bluetooth speakers for your enjoyment.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The home also includes a fully stocked laundry room that comes with a starter kit of detergent, softener, dryer sheets, etc.
