Pass the Keys | Well Located Modern 5 Bedroom House

About this space
Located in a rare quiet spot in the sought after, and well located Edgbaston area of Central Birmingham, this large 5 bedroom house is a real treat, and only a 10 minute drive from the Bull Ring, Mailbox, and other central attractions. To the side of the property are some woodland, which boast short walks for that extra peace and quiet you need to clear the head after a busy day.

The space
Ground Floor - As you enter the front door, there is a hallway. On your right are a downstairs WC, and a storage room with hooks to store your coats and shoes.

To the left is a large, modern lounge area with modern furniture, enough seating space to sit 8-10 people comfortably, and a large 55 inch Smart TV.

To the rear is a large open, fitted kitchen with modern appliances and a sturdy dining table.

First Floor - The first floor consists of two large bedrooms, and two storage rooms, and the family bathroom. The large bedroom features a Super King Size bed, as well as a modern en suite bathroom. The second room features two single beds, formed as bunk beds. Ideal and comfortable for your children. The family bathroom has a bath, shower, and WC.

Second Floor - The top floor consists of three further large bedrooms, on of which has a Super King bed, and another with two single beds. These rooms have a linked en-suite bathroom accessible from both rooms. The third bedroom features a single bed.

There is plentiful wardrobe and storage space within this property. It would be ideal for a longer stay, as well as been a great hub for shorter stays.

There is a parking space to the rear of the property and plentiful on street parking next to the property.
Guest access
All rooms apart from one room are accessible to guests. There is a locked room on the top floor which isn't accessible to guests.

● Extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise
● Respect for neighbors is highly appreciated.
● Keep the noise down between 10pm and 7am
● This is your home away from home, please care for it as such

Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property.


Other things to note

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

The Physician is a modern pub with excellent menu & an extensive wine list set in a cosy pub with a spacious beer garden.. Located on Harborne Rd, Birmingham B15 3DH. Simpsons is a fine dining restaurant which boasts the very best seasonal ingredients, food and service and has held a Michelin star since 2000 located 20 Highfield Rd, Birmingham B15 3DU Fiesta del Asado is an amazing Argentinian Restaurant located at 229 Hagley Rd, Birmingham B16 9RP. The Duck (Beefeater) is great for family breakfasts. Kids eat free. Located on 176 Hagley Rd, Birmingham B16 9NY. The Red Oven is a modern curry house and takeaway decorated with Indian artwork, serving traditional Punjabi dishes. Located 607A Bearwood Rd, Bearwood, Birmingham, Smethwick B66 4BJ The Blue Piano is a family-owned restaurant with live music, a small garden and dishes from Singapore, Cambodia and Malaysia. Set in a lovely period house located on 26 Harborne Rd, Birmingham B15 3AA. Property Not as Advertised

I would very much advise if you are looking at this property to not stay here. The house is not at all as described in the photos and it is incredibly difficult to receive assistance and responses for issues. Upon arrival a smoke detector was going off and we were told we needed to resolve this ourselves. For the first two full nights we kept trying to find it and were unable to and eventually they finally helped us and a smoke detector was hidden in a drawer prior to our arrival. The beds and bathrooms were clean but otherwise the place is in bad condition. All of the dishes were sticky and unusable, mail was so full in the mail slot it was falling out indicating no one had checked out the property prior to our arrival. There are damages in the wall and bathtub that are not being repaired. The toilet seat downstairs was completely off the toilet. The garden is also a joke there is a broken basketball goal and trampoline just laying on the ground in pieces. And just generally they are not very helpful regarding issues, most of the responses I receive are “we will let you know when there is an update”. I tried to be very patient with them but it’s gotten out of hand and I just want to warn anyone looking at this property.
