Guest Access:

No self check-in. Your host meets you at The Cube at an agreed time, takes you past the concierge and hands over the keys and white access card. Please do not enter the building or approach the concierge without your host. The apartment is on the 22nd (top) floor; the lift needs the white access card.

🔇 Respect Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.



🏡 Respect the Property – Treat the home with care and report any damages or maintenance issues to the host immediately.



🚫 No Illegal Substances – The use of any illegal substances is strictly forbidden on the property.



👥 Guests & Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.



🧹 Maintain Cleanliness – Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in additional fees.



🤝To help maintain our property in great condition, a refundable security hold of £150 (or a £40 damage waiver) is collected prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable after your stay if no damage or extra cleaning is needed.
