Guests can access the entire flat, free superfast WiFi, and Netflix on our full smart HD TVs.
We operate a self-check-in. Before you arrive at the apartment, you will first need to collect the keys from the store. All check-in details can be found on the guest portal.
We need your car registration number to register on the building portal before you enter the car park, this is important as the car parks are ANPR-controlled.
Please send us your car registration 24-48 hours before arrival for us to ensure it is all fully registered for your booking.
Failure to send the registration plate could result in a parking ticket fine if the car is driven in the building without this registration. We can only register one car and any further guests can park outside in Pay and Display.

We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.
To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience during your stay, a £39 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver is required for your reservation. This waiver offers you peace of mind by protecting against accidental damage during your stay.
This simple one-time fee eliminates the need for a large deposit, making your check-in process more convenient.
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

Guests will receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
Dish soap
Dishwasher pods
One kitchen sponge
Two trash bags
Two full rolls of toilet paper
Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap
One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen
Some tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and salt
ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST
-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.
-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.
-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.
Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.
Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.
This is one of our mid-range apartments in our portfolio of "Your Perfect Stay", it comes with all the basic amenities and is suited for standard-level requirements in a homely apartment and the cheaper price is reflective of this.
