This property comes with a beautiful spacious fully furnished kitchen to make your stay extremely comfortable and a home away from home. It has expansive worktops, a washing machine, clothes airer, iron & iron board, fridge/freezer, cooker, oven & microwave, crockery, cutlery, cups & glasses. We also provide all cooking utensils, toaster/kettle, tea, coffee & milk and more.

You'll have full use of the entire property, and you will not be sharing with anyone.
Other things to note
1~) The property is over 3 floors as follows:

Ground floor: living room, kitchen, a shower room and a bedroom.

First floor: two bedrooms and a toilet.

Second floor: a bedroom, an ensuite shower room and a loft room with a single bed.

2~)There is on-street permit only parking right outside the property during the day between 8am to 6pm. We have provided TWO parking permits for your use during the day if needed. It is FREE parking outside the property between 6pm to 8am the following morning. You do not need a permit to park outside the house between the hours of 6pm to 8am the following morning.

3~) The stairs in the property are very steep. So please only book if you are comfortable with very steep stairs.

4~) In the top floor 4th bedroom, there is an additional private loft room with a single bed. The loft room has a door so can be used as a private room on its own. However, please note that you will have to go through the 4th bedroom to access the loft room.
