Summary:

The whole of 119 Kensington Road for your group: six bedrooms, and every one has its own en-suite shower room, so each person gets their own room and bathroom. Rare in Coventry, and ideal for a work crew of up to 6, one to a room. The three doubles also suit couples, so the house sleeps up to 9.



Downstairs there's a shared kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining room, and a private garden. Free parking on the street. Earlsdon, a short way from Coventry city centre.



Simple, clean and tidy, with everything you need for a working week or longer. Long stays welcome.



The Space:

Bedrooms:

Six bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. Three have a double bed and three have a single bed, so the house sleeps 9. Every bedroom has a wardrobe and hangers, a hair dryer, a desk and chair, and a TV that also works as a second screen.



Bathrooms:

Six en-suite shower rooms, one for each bedroom, with shampoo, shower gel and fresh towels.



Open-plan lounge and dining:

A comfortable sofa, an Android TV and fast Wi-Fi, and a dining table for the whole group.



Kitchen:

Fully equipped: oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and toaster, with plates, cutlery, pots and pans, mugs, wine glasses and baking things. There's a washing machine and dryer (pods provided), and an iron and ironing board.



Garden:

A private garden with outdoor furniture.



*Contractors*: we welcome long stays, so please ask and we'll be happy to talk it through.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours: all six bedrooms and their en-suites, the kitchen, the lounge and dining room, and the private garden. No one else stays while you're here.

🪪 Before check-in: photo ID, and either a refundable damage deposit (a hold on your card, released after check-out) or a non-refundable damage waiver covering accidental damage: 1–3 nights, £100 deposit or £19.99 waiver covering up to £100; 4+ nights, £125 deposit or £29.99 waiver covering up to £100

🧹 Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at £264 a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
