Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.

***For third-party booking, we still require your ID and the ID of the guest who will be staying in our apartment.

To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience during your stay, a £35 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver is required for your reservation. This waiver is provided through STRLY and offers you peace of mind by protecting against accidental damage during your stay.

This simple one-time fee eliminates the need for a large deposit, making your check-in process more convenient.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

WE OPERATE A "MEET AND GREET" IN-PERSON CHECK-IN AT THE BUILDING. One of the team members will meet you to hand over the keys.

***WE PROVIDE ONLY 1 KEY/FOB AS STANDARD

***We provide one complimentary cleaning for long-term stays (24 nights and above)
***Cleaning fee is £79 for additional cleaning
***We don't provide extra towels, sheets, or bedding. You can request a replacement with a fee:
- £20 to replace the sheets
- £10 to replace a set of towels

Guests will be provided with a Complimentary Essentials Pack, designed to help you get started with a few useful items, such as
Dish soap
Dishwasher pods
One kitchen sponge
Two trash bags
Two full rolls of toilet paper
Travel-sized shampoo, body wash, and conditioner
One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen
Some tea, coffee, sugar, pepper, and salt

ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST

-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. You're welcome to have visitors, as long as they don’t stay overnight.

Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.

Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.

Please expect some changes with the color of the sofa, bedding, and bed frame but the size and the layout are the same, some furniture changed as we wanted to improve our apartment and for the guest liking.
