The Emerald Haven-your hidden A-Frame Escape in the woods. Where morning start with creek side views and evenings end with the hot tub and fire pit under the stars, with modern comforts while meeting nature! Located 1 mile from Patoka Lake main entrance as well as a short drive to French Lick attractions and Holiday World. Tucked in the middle of 1000`s of acres of Hoosier National making it THE perfect spot for your boating and fishing adventures, hunting trip, snow skiing in the winter months. You name it, its close!
This retreat was designed with your stay in mind- laundry, private bath, lofted ceilings, screened porch, hot tub, firepit.
* Community quite hours 10pm-8am.
*Please keep noise in general within reason.
* If fire pit is used fire must be sprayed with water before leaving. Water hose is located to the right of the cabin. *Do not burn trash.
*No R/V or camper parking allowed.
*Park on gravel areas only
*If parking more than 3 vehicles is expected please notify host prior to check in.
*For the consideration of others and safety once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 10 miles per hour. *Limit of 2 pets per visit, with $100 pet fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in fee will increase to $150.
*All dogs must be on a leash when outside
*Strictly no events or parties are allowed!
*Please do not place grills on porch or deck.
*Lost or not returning the Park Pass will result in a $60 charge for replacement. Please note: Staying after 11 am without prior approval is subject to additional fees. Unauthorized late check out $100 for each hour past 11am. After 1pm the guest will be charged that day`s base rate without discounts and that does NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay through app. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension. Departing guests will be responsible for any and all refunds given to incoming guests due to unauthorized late check out and will be charged for repayment of those costs.
*No projectile fireworks, do not discharge firearms.
* Use hot tub at your own risk.
