"This was one of the most charming places I've stayed. Staff was all so kind and friendly and accommodating. Got their fish & chips my first meal there, and it was p h e n o m e n a l.
ONLY thing I would recommend is adding a hot breakfast option! I honestly did not need/want it while I was there with my schedule and was perfectly happy without (they were kind to provide breakfast oats/juice/bars), but it would be a great add-on to consider providing a hot breakfast for future customers! "The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!"
