"Loved our stay here, everything was great. Wonderful ammenities from the kitchen supplies to the games in the basement and great environment. Be sure to be clear who is coming as home has had issues with parties. We weren't partying so no problem for us. Would 100% stay here again"

"I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. The Stoltzfus Family were wonderful hosts, the animals and thriving garden were a joy to behold, the bed(s) were comfy, the kitchen was stocked both necessities and bonuses, and everything was in good working order. This upstairs guest suite provided us out-of-state travelers the perfect blend of functionality and home-spun luxury, which made our rather harried trip's agenda actually feel relaxing."
