Villa Vogelsang, newly built in 2000, is centrally located not far from Lake Schmacht.  From here you can reach the beautiful sandy beach of Binz, the center and the Schmachter lake in a few minutes. From the ICE train station in Binz it is approx. 700 m to the villa. In the vicinity of the villa you will find shops, restaurants, bars and ATMs.  Furthermore, you have free WiFi access and a free parking space. Towels and bed linen are not included in the tour price, these can be booked in advance: Bed linen: € 13.00 p. P., towels 7.00 € p. P. and each change.

Apartment 10 Lachmöve:
The spacious 3-room apartment is 85 square meters, for max. Suitable for 4 people and consists of a living area with kitchenette, two separate bedrooms and a large balcony with a view of the Schmachter lake. In the cozy living area with dining area you can relax in front of the modern flat TV and enjoy the view of the Schmachter lake. The furnished, large balcony can be reached via one of the bedrooms and the living area. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, flat screen TV and wardrobe. The kitchenette with counter in the living area is well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishwasher and much more. The apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor and is easily accessible by elevator. A car parking space and Internet via WLAN are available free of charge. A storage facility for bicycles is available in the house.
