This very inviting and well-maintained two-room apartment awaits you in a prime location on the first floor of Villa Gudrun, in the newly constructed building attached to the rear of the historic "Strandvilla Gudrun." It features large balconies and modern amenities.

The apartment impresses with its comfortable furnishings and well-designed layout. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, four-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

The bright and welcoming living room offers a TV, DVD player, stereo system with CD player and USB port, a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area, and access to the large balcony. The southwest-facing balcony offers a partial sea view and is comfortably furnished with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers.

The lovely bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed. The adjoining dressing room offers ample storage space and a safe.

A cot and highchair are available for a fee.

The bathroom features high-quality natural stone tiles and includes a large vanity, a glass shower, a toilet, and a hairdryer.

Free Wi-Fi is available.

The building has an elevator that goes down to the underground parking garage.

A parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you free of charge (suitable for vehicles up to 1.50 m in height).

In the underground garage, there is also a lockable bicycle storage room with a charging station for e-bikes for guests.

For cars that don't fit in the parking garage, a free parking space is reserved in the shared parking lot at Proraer Chaussee 5.

A beach chair on the beach is available for your use free of charge from May to the end of September.
