Apartments 3 and 4 (reversed layout) are located approximately 300 meters from the beach promenade in the center of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.

The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom with a window. The beds have separate slatted frames and high-firm mattresses (level 3, like new).

The apartment is partially newly furnished and completely renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc.

A parking space is included with the apartment.

The building is particularly distinguished by its central location and proximity to the beach and shopping facilities.
