We have furnished the holiday apartment to a high standard and decorated it in a modern, nautical style. We want you to feel at home here, have an unforgettable holiday, and want to return! The bright, spacious, non-smoking apartment (70 sq m) features a living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen open to the hallway, a shower room, and a covered, wind-protected balcony facing southwest. A parking space reserved for you is available free of charge directly at the building. You can store your bicycles and e-bikes in the lockable, covered bicycle shelter shared by the residents. A storage area for strollers and/or wagons is located in the stairwell.

The fine, expansive sandy beach and the promenade are just 200 meters away, Lake Schmachter is 350 meters away, and the main street with its numerous restaurants and shops is 300 meters away. A supermarket is just around the corner.
