Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony if you wish.

A parking space (1.50 m clearance, 5 m length: not suitable for oversized vehicles) in the underground garage is included.

There is also a bicycle storage area in the underground garage.



Bicycles can be stored in the underground garage. E-bikes can be stored in a small lockable basement room.
