The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, mini stereo system with CD player, and a sofa bed for one person. The kitchenette includes an oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, four-burner stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc.

The furnished east-facing balcony is accessible from the living room.

The bedroom features a double bed and wardrobe. The window can be darkened with pleated blinds or a roller blind. A travel cot can be booked for a fee. A high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.

The stylish, modern bathroom offers a walk-in glass shower, hairdryer, and toilet.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

A free parking space (1.70m clearance, 5m length) and bicycle storage are available in the building's underground garage. A small lockable bicycle room is available for e-bikes.
