This property should be condemned. We could not stay here. I am seeking a refund. Expedia should not post this property. Disgusting, unsafe,run down, garbage everywhere, very dirty, rodent droppings etc. Straight out of a horror movie. There was a ladder up to our window from the outside overlooking annoverflowing dumster next to a vent pipe. Run!

I did not stay at the property. It is in a terrible state of disrepair. Also it was not the location where I had intended to book my stay. It is false advertising in the name of this hotel to state the name as Quality Inn & Suites Binghamton Vestal. It should not have Vestal in the name, as there is an actual Quality Inn & Suites located in Vestal New York and this hotel is in Binghamton, quite a distance from Vestal where I had intended to stay. This hotel looks abandoned outside and needs extensive renovations. I would advise anyone booking to clearly look at the address of the property, and if it says Front Street Binghamton NY, stay away from it!! I had one bad experience staying there previously and would never ever go there again. When I saw Vestal in the name of the hotel, I mistakenly thought I’d booked the hotel in Vestal. I’m hoping Expedia will look into this matter and save other visitors my poor experience.

Took awhile to check in and once we finally got our keys we lugged all of stuff to the room only to have the door / keys not work. So we had to go back to the lobby, wait in line again and get new keys for a different room. The beds were absolutely terrible. My husband literally sank into the middle of the bed. We only needed the room to sleep and shower thank goodness the shower was decent. Save yourself the trouble and go to comfort inn right down the street.

We drove up and the place was under construction. Tarps and junk all over the place. I walked into the lobby and turned around and walked out. We had to pay since we didn’t cancel in time - so had to pay at another hotel because there is no way I would stay there!

Not being told by Expedia that hotel charges a $25 pet fee! The hotel clerk was not apologetic or sympathetic to my concern. She was not overly friendly at all.

I accidentally booked a room at this hotel and within minutes realized it was the wrong location. They refused to refund me for the room charge.

The beds were comfortable. The clerk wasn’t fully helpful at first. As the evening progressed, he warmed up. It was adequate for what we needed. It is a basic place for a night or two and I’d book again as it suited our needs.

Property is rundown and in need of TLC. Sheets were stained and room was not clean. Coffee pot still had someone else’s brew in it. Had a difficult time with the booking and ended up in an argument with a desk clerk over accommodation for pets. Toilet is broken and wouldn’t bath a pet let alone a person in the shower.

Booked this hotel specifically because the expedia listing stated it had queen size beds. We arrived and were given a room with double beds. When I brought it to the attention of the clerk working, she was incredibly rude. She started by trying to tell me they were queen size beds, finally gave up and said that's all they have. The way she spoke to a paying customer was incredible! Made the most of it as we had no choice. Went upstairs and my husband and I had to put the bed back on the bed frame as it wasn't on properly. Next morning, there was practically nothing for breakfast(we were there early). As we packed up the room, I checked around making sure we hadn't forgotten anything. There was a lighter and garbage under the beds. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The hallway doors to outside were not secured. The breakfast was unacceptable & insufficient. Breakfast was served 6 - 9 AM, the attendant would not make more coffee at 8:00 AM which was empty. I will never use Quality Inn & Suite’s.

room key didn't work multiple times. Had to change rooms and we still have problems with the room key. If we were not so tired, we would have gone to another hotel

I've stayed at other lower priced hotels in Binghamton-Vestal. This is the best of them I didn't see any undesirable people staying there.

This place is discussting do not stay here. !!!!!There were dirty towels on the back of the bathroom door. Dirty sheets,no proper plugins ,smoke detector was hanging off the wall broken. Quality Inn should remove their name from this disgrace!!!!!Do Not Stay here. We should have researched better and slept in the car. I thought you could count on and trust Expedia not to have crap hotels on their site.

First of all, upon returning, the carpets are dirty. Then I went to the entrance toilet and there was mold and the complaints were really dirty! Right away, it's not a good feeling. !!!The non-smoking room smells of cigarettes, The furniture is really outdated, the carpet and the curtains in the room too, The toilet runs all the time... Never again for me Quality Inn

The picture on the website does not look like the actual property. The outside of the property is overgrown with weeds and looks like it has been abandoned. There was no room number sign outside our room, the hallway carpet was well-worn, and I noticed an outlet that appeared to be burned out. The chair in our room was ripped and one of our lights did not work. Breakfast was VERY skimpy - cinnamon rolls the size of a quarter, bread, english muffins, oatmeal and a waffle station. The owner was extremely nice, but I would not stay here again.

Like nothing This property should be shut down we checked in and went to the room there was mold in shower toilet had mold and was dirty in toilet bowl . Front desk was not pleasant . Room key didn’t work .
