"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. "My 2nd room was lovely, clean, well-decorated and cosy. I had initially been put in a room with a bit of a fug about it and a broken TV so first impression wasn't great. The lovely guy on reception moved me to a great room which I can't fault at all. Would definitely stay again."
